We want you to love TaxEZ. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle order confirmation email.

You can also contact us through the app and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

After the 30-day window

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
